Brrrrrr....

It is COLD tonight! I convinced Ben that we should turn the heat on.  Tonight we had pork medallions with a red wine/mustard/currant reduction. Served with leftover roasted beets with cucumber dill sour cream sauce.  HOT DAMN that man can cook! I'm a lucky, lucky girl!
