Healthy Living - Let's get started!

So I'm sitting at home, too medicated to go to work (typing is still hard), and I can't open my mouth more than about half an inch.  So I decided to share with you, my friends, in this forum.  I spent a good couple of years on a restrictive diet due to gestational diabetes while pregnant, and after Carl was born, I decided to enjoy eating whatever I wanted again. It was very nice, but now my body is complaining.  Overeating plus the loss of muscle tone due to inactivity while pregnant (so I wallowed a little!) caused the pounds to pile on in a bad, bad way.  My back hurts, my knees and ankles hurt, and I have little energy.  29 is much too young for that. Time to be healthy, I think.
